Bristol Health Partners exists to help people live longer and healthier lives and improve how services are delivered. As an Academic Health Science Centre we do this by integrating, promoting and developing our region’s strengths in health and care services, research, innovation and education.
Our Health Integration Teams (HITs) work across our partnership to tackle the critical health and care challenges we face. More than 20 HITs focus on different conditions or areas.
